How we log and publish changes — and every correction we have issued.
Our commitment
We correct the record openly. When we get something wrong we fix the article, add a dated note explaining what changed, and leave the note in place permanently. We do not quietly edit and move on.
What counts as a correction
Any change to a factual claim, a regulatory status, a figure, a citation, or an attribution. Typographical and formatting fixes are not corrections and are not logged.
How to report one
Email the newsroom with the page and what you believe is wrong. We investigate every report. If you are right, we correct it and credit the report unless you ask us not to.
The log
No corrections have been issued yet. This site has not published long enough to have any, and this section will list them in full when it does — an empty log is a fact about our age, not a claim about our accuracy.
